Pigs were meant to live in the woods, so we have woodland pigs. There they thrive on different types of plants, which produces an ancestral flavor of pork. Pigs are fed a very wide diet which produces a meat unlike standard pork. $4/lb hanging weight. Slaughter from March thru December.

Grassfed beef this is not… It’s way better - beef allowed to roam through the woods and meadows of our farm. Why give up the flavor of feedlot beef? It tastes good - that’s why McDonald’s is so popular. And grassfed beef is often lacking in flavor. Our beef has flavor in the fat and is reminiscent of wild game. $4/lb hanging weight. Slaughter in June and November.
